A dream to work with. Punctual, discrete, and professional to the core.

Bonnie, Whistling Oyster

Thank you Colin for the best summer BBQ! Your food was delicious and the cocktails to die for.

Saffie & Giles, Kensington

The food was excellent, I can't remember when I have enjoyed a steak more. Only problem is that I will now compare every steak I have to that one!

London Cru

Delicious appetisers, stunning main courses, and a lavish dessert spread including the best cheese board I think I've ever had! Thank you Colin.

Brian, Lemongrove

Our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without Colin's incredible food and his lovely team. The whole process of curating the menu, the tasting session, the delivery on the day, plus our special requests, it was all just perfect.

Felicity & Anders, Chiswick

Absolutely delicious. Best lobster rolls we've ever tasted.

Wiggy Kit

We booked Colin for a private dinner party to celebrate our anniversary and it was a fantastic night. Beautiful food and professional service. The attention to detail was impressive. Highly recommend Porthia.

Visser-Wakeham family

Colin and his team are consummate professionals. Can't wait for the next event.
